Nightingale Medical Supplies Ltd. is a pre- and post-surgical care clinic that has been providing medical supplies and support to their clients for over 50 years. They have seven locations in BC.
In preparation for the launch of a new branch location, Dogwood planned and executed a full-scale tenant improvement of their newly acquired space.
We organized all necessary city building and design permits before conducting a complete modification to the existing wall layout and drop ceilings. The interior was renovated top to bottom: including, but not limited to, lighting and electrical, fire and safety systems, painting, millwork, flooring and HVAC.
The project passed final inspection and was ready in time for opening day.
