Our team has been proud to serve Toyota for several years. We have lead renovation and repair projects inside their busy Richmond BC facility in various capacities, as well as more recently conducting maintenance work outside the location.
This project is represents an ongoing engagement to support their operations by helping to keep facilities in good repair and prevent costly closures.
The scope of work included:
- Repairing and filling asphalt cracks.
- Adding a backup drainage system to address surface water issues in certain areas of the parking lot.
- Constructing a new concrete ramp for the warehouse entrance.
- Installing pavers around electric charging stations.
