one of Canada’s leading financial institutions – to
support the construction and launch of their branch
locations. These project have ranged from full
renovations of existing branches, to construction
new locations in time for launch.
Dogwood has built more than a dozen Scotiabank
locations across Canada.

Selected projects
Scotiabank, North Vancouver
This location was previously an old real estate office which
had been used as a temporary storage area for the shopping
centre. Our team conducted the demolition, creating an
empty, “clean slate” before re-developing the space for
Scotiabank’s use.
We managed every aspect of the project on behalf of the
client. Our in-house construction team lead the charge, and
we joined forces with our trusted vendors to ensure that
specialist skill sets where deployed as needed.
The project took 4 months, and was brought to completion
on time and on budget.
Scotiabank, Oakridge Centre, BC
The Oakridge location was developed as a temporary space
while a larger branch located in the nearby Oakridge
Shopping centre was under development.
This project began with a complete demolition of the old
space, followed by a full-scope renovation covering all
aspects of the build.
Project was delivered on time and on budget.
